Changer4u exchanger is also recommended by other payment processors (Paxum, BTC-E, PayPal and others), although these payment processors reserve the right to not list their exchangers or they simply do not have such a possibility.

Verification is need if you want to exchange MoneyPolo, BankWire and SEPA.

If you use only bank services, it will cost you more money, take more time for processing and the process is more complicated.

Sometimes your physical presence might be required to receive the service.

Yes, our service is fully legal and secure, we are dealing with Banking partners and with online payment systems as a facilitator only. Both banks and payment processors are legally registered and authorized.

We do specify alternative and optimal fees as compare to other exchangers or payment systems for Exchange, withdraw or deposit service. Also we promote bonuses and attract customers with our discounts and advantageous deals.

The minimum amount of Exchange is $10.

The customer service using SSL-protocol as the standard for secure connection through which the exchange of information between services and users is encrypted. And you absolutely have nothing to worry about.

Bankwire (wire transfers) - is transfers which are going through corespondent banks. We are making bankwires Corespondent banks are making clinging of the payments and because of this situations bankwire payments can take till 5 business days. All corespondent banks are have fees for their clinging. So when you are sending or getting bankwire we can get or you can get less than their is written because of the corespondent bank fees.

If your bank account is not in USD/EUR. It must be multicurrency bank account.

SEPA - is very fast transfers in SEPA area. You can make SEPA transfers in European Economic Area. This transfers are in euros and can take till 24 hours. They do not have corespondent banks, so it is also cheaper transfers.

If an exchange transaction has not been completed - you can. You will be refunded with your money deducing the fee of the payment system, in which the payment is made.

PayPal -  from few  min up to 48h. Time frame more longer on weekends.
BankWire - your Changex account must be verified!  BankWire delayed 3-5 days.

All other payment processor orders are completed within 24 hours (if we have sufficient reserves), or even instant (if payment Automatic).

This is special gift for our clients for all exchange to PayPal.  Every payment we send to your PayPal account you will get the exact amount.  PayPal receiving system fee DOES NOT APPLY!

You did not complete the transaction within 24 hours.

You sent an incorrect amount, and our system does not recognize your payment as a correct one.

On the Exchange page, close to logos of payment systems there is a Show exchange Fees.  Also  you can click on Fees  and you see all table with our fees.

E-currencies system's fee is already included in last price.

“Waiting” and “Submitted” order status means that you created order but we did not get any payments of you.  You always can get inside of order by clicking on it and press "Pay" button. If you cannot see "Pay" button, you will need send manual transfer to your showed account.

All “Waiting” and “Submitted” orders if not payed will be canceled after 24 hours.

If the account that you specified in error, does not exist or it is blocked, the money won't be sent there, and we will send them to you using corrected data. If the account exists, the money will be sent to it. You can try to get your money back on your own by writing to the owner of this account or customer service. To avoid such situations always carefully double check entered data.

If you have put wrong Paysera account (e-mail), when you are exchanging to Paysera. We will correct mistake only after Paysera will send back money to us (it can take till 7 business days).

Transfers to international Visa and Mastercard cards.
Min amount USD/EUR/GBP 1.00 / Max amount USD 2,000.00, EUR 2,000.00, GBP 1,600.00 per transaction.

Max amount per Mastercard card: USD/EUR/GBP 50,000.00 per month.
Per single Visa card: up to 5 transactions a day, up to USD/EUR/GBP 4,000.00 a day, up to USD/EUR/GBP 20,000.00 a month.

Visa cards issued in Russia and Ukraine are currently not supported.
Please note that depending on card type certain countries are not supported: see unavailable countries for Visa and Mastercard.

After placing the order, you will be credited from your Payza account but the order will apply status "ON HOLD" until Payza security team approves your transfer. Payza withdrawal transactions require the approval of the Payza security service. The approval could take from 2 to 4 business days. We will complete your order when your funds reach our Payza account.

Please note  what Payza not working on weekends  and holidays by Canada.

If You want  check your payment status  if Payza approved or not:

1) Log into your Payza account

2) Click on "Account"

3) Click on "Detailed Transaction History"

4) Locate the transaction and click on the "Completed status

5) If the transaction is under review you will see a message stating "This transaction is currently undergoing our security review. This process can take 1-4 business days. Once the transaction has passed the review the exchanger will be able to complete your exchange." Like this one:

No, we do not accept payments from third parties. All detected payments from third parties will be declined and orders will be rejected.

Your cumulative transaction amount will be calculated by system, and your account will be upgraded for grades automatically. Afterwards the discount rate will be calculated in your orders automatically.

By logging into your account, you can check your account level and discount rate, which is calculated automatically.

If more than 24 hour has passed, and you have not received your exchange:

1) Check if details you have entered placing the order are correct.

2) Contact customer support and specify the reference of the exchange operation if necessary.

You must provide your document information as well as a clear scanned copy of your official ID (government issued, in internationally recognizable format). Please note that you will have to go through this verification procedure every time you will change/modify your identity information.

Please make sure that the proof of ID documents meets the following requirements before uploading:

  • We only accept government issued ID documents displaying your full name and your photo (passport, international passport, driver's license, local ID card);
    Please note: Company access cards, certificates, student ID cards, voter ID and other non-official documents are NOT accepted;
  • Verification documents are valid and contain date of issue/expiration date (minimal validity of ID is one year);
  • Identification document has a document number;
  • Identification document has a date of birth;
  • The documents are in English (Latin letters) otherwise certified translations should be provided;
  • Verification documents must be standard full-sized pages (uncropped);
  • Scanned image quality: color, high resolution (at least 150 dpi).

You can upload files in JPEG, PNG, BMP, PDF formats. Any unclear, altered, low-resolution, or poor quality images will be rejected.

  • We only accept legal and traceable documents (scanned papers) displaying your full name and residential address: utility bill, stamped bank statement or a certificate;
    Please note: Personal identification with address, envelopes, P.O. Box statements, electronic documents and screenshots are NOT accepted;
  • Proof of address is recent (not older than 3 months);
  • The documents are in English (Latin letters), otherwise certified translations should be provided;
  • Verification documents must be standard full-sized pages (uncropped);
  • Scanned image quality: color, high resolution (at least 150 dpi).

You can upload files in JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF or PDF formats. Any unclear, altered, low-resolution, or poor quality images will be rejected.

You must provide your document information as well as a clear scanned copy of your company:
  • Company registration documents (Certificate of Incorporation)
  • Company Statutes (Memorandum & Article of Association).
  • Certificate of Good Standing, not older than 6 months.
  • Beneficial Owner Certificate.
  • Director's authority for representation

You can upload files in JPEG, PNG, BMP, PDF formats. Any unclear, altered, low-resolution, or poor quality images will be rejected.

Only verified users can use Bankwire/SEPA/Moneypolo. Also it gives you much more trust from our side. Also it broadens amount of transactions you can create using our service.


You can't make exchange from/to third parties account via Bankwire/SEPA/Moneypolo.



Usually it takes one business day for verification. In case the first verification application is rejected, the re-submitted files will be still reviewed within one business day. We will send free message and email to you after verification is passed.
